  1. Heat up your almond barista drink using an electric milk frother for about 2 minutes and make sure to reach 15°C.
  2. The frothing will create a spinning vortex, which incorporates the foam, turning it into a velvety texture.
  3. Tap and swirl the pitcher to incorporate any bubbles on top, the final texture should look like melted ice cream; smooth and velvety
  4. Pour the foamed Barista Almond Drink on top of your espressos. At this point your coffee starts getting lighter while the foam is incorporated into the milk
  5. Enjoy !
