The recipe

  1. Put the soy cooking cream, chocolate in pieces, sugar and oil in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat until mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Add the hazelnut powder.
  4. Remove from heat
  5. If you want a smoother texture you can blend the mixture with a hand blender.
  6. Then pour the spread in a jar (that you boiled beforehand for better preservation) and leave to cool for at least 4 hours before making your toast!
