- Put the soy cooking cream, chocolate in pieces, sugar and oil in a saucepan.
- Heat over low heat until mixture is homogeneous.

- Remove from heat
- If you want a smoother texture you can blend the mixture with a hand blender.
- Then pour the spread in a jar (that you boiled beforehand for better preservation) and leave to cool for at least 4 hours before making your toast!
