Indian lentil patties

Préparation

  1. In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the sliced onion until it becomes translucent.

  2. Add garlic, curry, cumin, chilli, a touch of salt and pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour your preparation over the lentils in a blender. Add onions, oat flakes and parsley to spices.

  4. Shape the patties of the size of a walnut in the palm of your hand and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, fry the patties until they get golden brown.

  6. Serve with yogurt sauce (or tomato sauce) and a fruit chutney.
